Hi there, my name is Marina. I was born in Moscow and spent over 14 years living in London. I became a tetraplegic wheelchair user in 2021 following a traumatic fall. Nutrition
I love helping people learn about nutrition! I gained my BSc in Nutrition & Psychology from St Marys's University and had my Clinical Practice at Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London. I worked as a nutritionist for Whole Foods and Planet Organic. You can find my nutrition articles in Spinal Injuries Association magazine, BCNH magazine and a few others. I also lectured on nutrition in rehab centres, for leading charities and led workshops for corporate employees.I can help you with:

DISABILITY & INCLUSION
Following my injury I had a full-on immersion into various challenges that people with disabilities face. I love sharing my experience and advocating for a better, more inclusive world. I co-founded a brand of clothes for disabled people (FAST) and work on creating our first capsule collection. I work on a number of projects to promote sport for disabled people and speak about everyday challenges in my social media.At the moment I support the following organisations:
